National Order of the Arrow membership requirements:
1. Registered BSA member
2. 15 nights of Scout camping, including one long-term camp

Temporary COVID-19 virtual camping requirements:
- Virtual camping counted towards OA eligibility if part of unit-organized event
- No more than 3 nights of virtual camping per month
- Virtual long-term camping of 5 consecutive nights authorized

Rules for electing Scouts into the Order of the Arrow:
- 50% of active youth members must be present
- All youth members have a vote
- Eligible youth with 50% of votes are elected
- Each voting youth has one vote per candidate
- Election team counts votes, determines elected Scouts, and fills out unit election form.
