Summary

Employee reports issue to Team Leader/Principal, who takes immediate action if there's an immediate risk, or conducts a risk assessment with the local Health & Safety Representative (HSR) if not. If the issue is resolved, the risk assessment is recorded and corrective actions are reported to affected employees. If not, the Team Leader/Principal and HSR contact the DOBCEL Occupational Health & Safety Coordinator for advice, and may escalate concerns or issue a Provisional Improvement Notice (PIN). The process continues until the issue is resolved, with possible involvement of Worksafe Victoria and the CEO.
