Summary

Die Bundesregierung plant eine Änderung des Informationsfreiheitsgesetzes, dessen Umfang und Inhalt noch geklärt werden müssen. Ein zweites Open-Data-Gesetz soll nach Evaluierung des ersten Gesetzes geplant werden. Das Bundesministerium des Innern koordiniert die Umsetzung des Open-Data-Gesetzes. Finanzielle und personelle Ressourcen variieren jährlich, es sind jedoch Mittel für Open Data und das Projekt "Open-Data-Plattform" eingeplant. Eine zentrale Stelle zur Beratung der Bundesbehörden zu offenen Daten soll im Bundesverwaltungsamt eingerichtet werden. Die Bundesregierung setzt Open Source Software in der Bundesverwaltung ein, wenn diese den Anforderungen entspricht. Die Bundesregierung wird einen Vorschlag zur Anpassung des Geldwäschegesetzes vorlegen, um das Transparenzregister öffentlich zugänglich zu machen.
