The company keeps records in accordance with various legislation, including the Basic Conditions of Employment Act and the Income Tax Act. Records held by the company include human resources, secretarial, financial, and operational records. To make a request for access to records, a requester must complete a prescribed form and submit it to the Information Officer, providing enough particularity to enable the officer to identify the record(s) requested. The company may refuse a request for information on grounds including the protection of privacy, commercial confidentiality, and effective governance.
