Summary

Il Consiglio Superiore della Pubblica Istruzione valuta il decreto sulle modalità di esercizio della funzione tecnico-ispettiva, apprezzando la dimensione pedagogica e istituzionale del ruolo del dirigente con funzioni tecnico-ispettive, ma ritiene non opportuno il coordinamento stringente con le priorità politiche definite dal Ministro dell'Istruzione per il triennio 2022-2024. Il CSPI suggerisce di inserire il riferimento alle leggi che definiscono gli Ordinamenti e le Indicazioni Nazionali del Sistema Nazionale di Istruzione e Formazione e ritiene insufficiente l'attuale organico di centonovanta dirigenti tecnici, proponendo un ampliamento dell'organico e la procedura di assunzione dei dirigenti tecnici necessari.
