2. Análise das Notas Técnicas SEPPI nº 16 e 17, justificando a alteração na alocação de riscos para consórcios em projetos de saneamento e iluminação pública.

Deliberações:

- Após apresentação da SEPPI sobre os desafios enfrentados pelos entes subnacionais na contratação com base na matriz de riscos original, os conselheiros aprovaram por unanimidade as novas Resoluções nº 54 e 55.
- As resoluções revisam a alocação de riscos para consórcios públicos convocados através dos Chamamentos Públicos Conjunto BNDES-CAIXA e CAIXA, visando garantir o sucesso dos projetos nos setores de saneamento e iluminação pública.
