Summary

Il Piano di Uguaglianza di Genere e Diversità (GEP) di FIERI è uno strumento triennale (2022-2025) per ridurre le disuguaglianze di genere e integrare la diversità. Il piano prevede 5 obiettivi e 8 azioni:

1. Leaders and Institutions: sistematizzazione e pubblicizzazione dell'attività gender e diversity sensitive, modifica statutaria e integrazione vision dell'Ente.
2. Recruitment: sistematizzazione delle procedure e riduzione delle asimmetrie di genere nel reclutamento.
3. Work-life balance: costruzione di un ambiente di lavoro inclusivo, Equality Day.
4. Research: integrazione della dimensione di genere e diversity nei contenuti della ricerca.
5. Gender Violence: ideazione di un sistema efficace per la tutela di persone che potrebbero subire violenza o discriminazioni all'interno dell'Ente.

Il GEP prevede 4 step: Gender Audit, GEP Design, Implementation e Monitoring & evaluation. Il team di lavoro è composto da Ferruccio Pastore, Irene Ponzo, Giulia Rossini e Giuseppe Ialacqua. Il piano è stato condiviso con la governance e le collaboratrici dell'Istituto e prevede la pubblicazione di un regolamento entro settembre 2025.
