- Responsibilities:

- OCME: Refuse requests, approve student/club requests via FUSA
- AV/IDS support: Facilitate digital screen requirements

- Screen Use Types:
- Live Music/Recorded Music: Plaza booking required, University music licence applies, separate licence needed for ticketed events over $40
- Commercial Film Screening: Plaza booking required, non-theatrical public performance licence needed, 14 working days for approval
- Live Free-to-Air TV Programs: Plaza booking required, free viewing, intended for University audience
- Live Event Streaming: University event or OCME permission, not subscription-only, prior testing and approval required
- On-Demand Service Streaming: Not permitted, public performance prohibited
- On-Plaza Event Support: Plaza booking required, radio microphones allowed
- Off-Site Event Support: Upon request, university-wide events and promotions only
- Gaming: Upon request, G/PG games only, event organizer supplies equipment, permission from game distributor required
