Summary

1. CDCI can use water, power, first floor restroom, and driveway at 2217.
2. CDCI can use 4 parking spaces at the east end of 2215, to be confirmed by Capt. Richardson.
3. CDCI can locate dumpsters at the east end of 2215, but the area must be adequate to withstand load and exposure to traffic, and protect existing curb.
4. No contractor parking off site (street parking).
5. No construction activity outside the limits of construction.
6. Construction hours are 7 AM to 3 PM.
7. 2211, 2215, and 2217 must be secured and locked at all access points when not on site.
8. The contractor shall keep the job free of debris and make final cleanup to the satisfaction of the county.
9. The contractor shall provide any necessary measures to protect workers and other persons during construction.
10. The contractor shall be responsible for the protection of 2217 while performing the specified work.
11. The contractor shall provide and maintain fire extinguishers on project site during demolition.
12. The contractor shall exercise particular care to avoid damage to his own work and the county's property, and adjacent property, 2217 and 4845.
13. The contractor shall make good any damage resulting from or caused by the work at his sole expense in a manner satisfactory to the owner.
14. Site wall, column, and pilaster to be salvaged and relocated to 2217.
