1. Papers and negative Coggins tests must be on file for a preference date.
2. 'In today' horses are least preferred, and the second part of an entry cannot exclude a single interest.
3. Condition eligibility preference applies to non-stakes races, with allowance-eligible horses preferred in optional allowance/claiming races.
4. Preference dates do not supersede race conditions.
5. Horses registered on or before April 10, 2019, receive a zero preference date.
6. Horses registered after the first racing day receive an 'R' date corresponding to their registration day.
7. Preference dates are good at any distance.
8. Zero preference dates have first priority, followed by 'R' and then 'S' dates.
9. Horses that run receive a new running date and lose previous dates.
10. Scratched horses receive an 'S' date for the day they were entered.
11. Horses on the Steward's, Starter's, or Veterinarian's lists cannot enter until approved.
12. Horses that remain in a transferred race revert to their original date.
13. Non-racing days do not affect preference dates.
14. Claiming, ownership, or trainer transfers do not affect preference dates.
15. Entrants must claim preference at entry time.
16. Horses entered for the following day are not considered if the current race is overfilled.
17. TTA Sales Futurity nominees are preferred in two-year-old maiden races.
