बीमा सनमनि (नेपालको बीमा नियमनकारी निकाय) नेपालको बीमा क्षेत्रको नियमनकारी निकाय हो। बीमा ऐन, २०४९ अनुसार नेपालको बीमा ब्यावसायलाई नियन्त्रण, निरीक्षण, नियमन र निर्देशन गर्ने काम बीमा सनमनिले गर्छ। बीमा सनमनिको मुख्य काम बीमा कम्पनीहरुलाई लाइसेन्स दिने, बीमा कम्पनीहरुको नियमन गर्ने, बीमा कम्पनीहरुको वार्षिक प्रतिवेदनको मूल्यांकन गर्ने, बीमा कम्पनीहरुको निरीक्षण गर्ने आदि हुन्छ। बीमा सनमनिले बीमा कम्पनीहरुलाई विभिन्न सेवाहरु प्रदान गर्छ जस्तै कि बीमा कम्पनीहरुको नियमन, बीमा कम्पनीहरुको निरीक्षण, बीमा कम्पनीहरुको वार्षिक प्रतिवेदनको मूल्यांकन गर्ने आदि। बीमा सनमनिको कार्यालय काठमाण्डौमा रहेको छ र यसको शाखा विभिन्न जिल्लाहरुमा रहेका छन्। बीमा सनमनिले विभिन्न सेवाहरु प्रदान गर्छ जस्तै कि बीमा कम्पनीहरुलाई लाइसेन्स दिने, बीमा कम्पनीहरुको नियमन गर्ने, बीमा कम्पनीहरुको वार्षिक प्रतिवेदनको मूल्यांकन गर्ने आदि। बीमा सनमनिको मुख्य उद्देश्य नेपालको बीमा क्षेत्रलाई विकसित गर्नु र बीमा कम्पनीहरुलाई नियमन गर्नु हो।
