Summary

Region V Systems conducts annual reviews of Network Providers, verifying accreditation and licensing. Providers must be accredited by a recognized organization and licensed as required by state law. Non-accredited providers must have a plan to become accredited, including regular onsite quality reviews. Region V Systems monitors providers' progress and conducts annual on-site quality reviews. Network Providers must also conduct quarterly quality reviews of services provided and submit reports to Region V Systems. Annual reviews of services are conducted by Network personnel, and aggregate quality review reports are communicated through the CQI Communication Plan, including performance targets, trends, and actions for improvement.
