The Nam Định Provincial People's Committee in Vietnam has issued Decision No. /QĐ-UBND (Date: December 01, 2021) approving the internal procedure for handling administrative procedures in the fields of agriculture and rural development (Nông nghiệp và PTNT) within the authority of district and commune people's committees.

This decision is based on relevant laws, including the Local Administration Organization Law (2015), Government Decree No. 61/2018/NĐ-CP (2018) on implementing a one-door, interconnected system for handling administrative procedures, and Guidelines from the Prime Minister's Office (TT-VPCP) No. 01/2018/TT-VPCP (2018).

The decision approves an internal procedure for these agricultural and rural development procedures, as proposed by the Director of the Agriculture and Rural Development Department in their November 29, 2021 presentation (Tờ trình số 3860/TTr-SNN). It assigns responsibilities to the Information and Communication Technology Department for leading and coordinating with relevant agencies to develop electronic procedures on the provincial e-government service platform.

The decision comes into effect upon signing and is binding on all relevant authorities and organizations.
