1. Introduction
Bullying is a major issue at our school, and we must be aware of the potential risks to students' lives and well-being. We need to take a proactive approach to prevent bullying and respond quickly to any signs of it.

2. Basic Concept for Dealing with Bullying
We will share a common understanding of what constitutes bullying and work to eradicate it from our school.
- "Bullying" refers to behavior that causes physical or psychological harm to a student, including actions taken through the internet.
- Examples of bullying include: being ignored or excluded, verbal abuse, physical violence, theft or damage to property, and being forced to do something against one's will.

3. Early Detection of Bullying
To detect bullying early, we will:
- Monitor students' behavior and well-being closely, including during non-class hours.
- Conduct regular surveys and interviews with students to identify potential issues.
- Use checklists to identify signs of bullying, such as changes in behavior, mood, or academic performance.
- Provide opportunities for students to report concerns or incidents anonymously.

Measures to prevent bullying include:
- Regular meetings with students to discuss their concerns and well-being.
- Training for teachers and staff to recognize and respond to bullying.
- Involving parents and the community in bullying prevention efforts.
- Providing support for students who have been bullied or are at risk of being bullied.

Checklists for identifying signs of bullying include:
- Changes in behavior, such as becoming withdrawn or aggressive.
- Changes in mood, such as becoming depressed or anxious.
- Changes in academic performance, such as a decline in grades.
- Signs of physical harm, such as bruises or injuries.
- Reports of bullying or harassment from students or parents.
