9. No guns, ammunition, or explosives are allowed.
10. Management can prohibit any item from being sold or traded.
11. No walking sales; sellers must remain in their designated space.
12. No distribution of handbills or flyers without prior consent.
13. No electric heaters, coffee pots, or appliances, and no electrical cords across walkways.
14. Music must be kept at a low level.
15. No smoking in closed buildings or restrooms.
16. Sellers must keep merchandise within their designated space and not block walkways.
17. Unoccupied reserved spaces may be sold by 9 am, with no refunds.
18. Sellers are responsible for cleaning up their area.
19. Abandoned property may be removed and disposed of by management.
20. Physical changes to booths require prior management approval.
21. No subleasing of booths; all rentals must be handled through the office.
22. Sellers must have a Georgia Sales Tax Number.
23. Sellers must comply with all laws and regulations.
24. Management has the right to enter spaces for inspection, repairs, or in case of abandonment.
25. Management is not liable for any loss or damage to seller's property, and sellers must indemnify management against any damages.
