- Sales of INTERCITY Cards.
- Validity periods of travel documents.
- Refunds for partially or fully unused tickets.
- Charges and obstacles in transport.
- Refunds for multi-journey tickets.
- Document control.
- Procedures for passengers without valid tickets.
- Procedures for unpaid fares in the train.
- Dispute resolution and complaint handling.
- Compensation for train delays.
- Information for passengers with disabilities.

3. Carriage of Goods and Animals (Section 27-28):
- Carriage of goods and bicycles.
- Carriage of animals.

The regulation also includes a table of changes introduced by decisions of the PKP Intercity S.A. Management Board, with the change number, introduction date, and effective date. The most recent change (number 48a) came into force on October 1, 2021.

PKP Intercity's new transport regulation (RPO-IC) for passengers, goods, and animals, effective from November 16, 2014, replaces the previous one from March 19, 2013. Five updates have been made since, with the latest on May 5, 2015.
