Stan Fitterman, FHC Technical Advisor Director and COO, provided the welcome and opening remarks at the "Housing News Network" conference. Florida's energy usage research, design features, and partnerships for energy and water conservation were discussed. Panelists also shared insights on incorporating energy conservation in tax credit projects and the economic feasibility of solar development, particularly in Florida. The California-based Multifamily Affordable Solar Housing (MASH) program was highlighted as an economically feasible model.
