HD 4C TO-4 30W is a lubricant with the following properties: it is a brown, characteristic-odored liquid with a flash point of 216°C, a density of 0.892 g/cm3 at 15°C, and a kinematic viscosity of 105.8 mm2/s at 40°C and 11.9 mm2/s at 100°C. The product is combustible and non-reactive under normal conditions of use, storage, and transport, but may react with oxidizing agents. It contains mineral oil (50-80%) and zinc alkyl dithiophosphate (<1%), which may cause aspiration toxicity, eye damage, and aquatic chronic toxicity. In case of skin contact, wash off with soap and water; in case of eye contact, rinse with plenty of water; and in case of ingestion, do not induce vomiting and seek medical advice immediately. Firefighting measures include using foam, dry fire-extinguishing substance, carbon dioxide, or water spray jet, and wearing full protective clothing and breathing apparatus with independent air supply. Accidental release measures involve ensuring adequate ventilation, using personal protective clothing, and collecting contaminated water/firefighting water separately. Handling and storage precautions include thorough room ventilation, avoiding explosion, and keeping the container tightly closed and stored at a cool and aired place. Exposure controls include wearing oil-resistant protective clothing, safety goggles with side protection, and gloves, and using appropriate engineering controls.
