Summary

Die Verordnung regelt das Tragen von Mund-Nasen-Bedeckungen in Schulen in Schleswig-Holstein. Sie gilt für alle Schulen und enthält Ausnahmen für bestimmte Situationen, wie z.B. im Unterricht, auf dem Schulhof oder bei Sportveranstaltungen. Die Verordnung sieht auch vor, dass Schüler ab der Sekundarstufe I in bestimmten Situationen eine Mund-Nasen-Bedeckung tragen müssen. Es gibt auch Regelungen für Schulwege und schulische Veranstaltungen außerhalb des Schulgeländes. Die Verordnung trat am 1. November 2020 in Kraft und gilt bis zum 18. Dezember 2020.
