3. Joint Program Approval and Follow-up:

- Data on proposed joint programs from various countries (Bangladesh, Tanzania, Ivory Coast, Ethiopia, Honduras) was reviewed, with some requiring further information or clarification.

- Consultancy processes for Pacific SIDS and Cuba (latter invited to resubmit proposal) were discussed.
