Summary

The Binational Center at Texas A&M International University (TAMIU) has been involved in various activities, including presentations, meetings, and negotiations, in Mexico City, Nuevo Laredo, and Ecuador. The center's director, María Eugenia Calderón-Porter, presented on "The Public Administration of Shale, Case History: Texas" to the Mexican Bar Association and met with the Foundation of the National Bar Association to create a project for Mexican NGOs.
