Scheme for Welfare of SC/ST/OBC Persons includes 15 schemes:
1. Housing scheme for SC/STs: Rs.25,000/- for construction, Rs.12,500/- for repairs.
2. Stipend to SC/ST/OBC students: Rs.175/- to Rs.275/- per month.
3. Meritorious scholarship to SC/ST students: Rs.800/- to Rs.1500/- per annum.
4. Books, stationary & uniform to SC/ST/OBC students: Uniform Rs.250/- to Rs.300/-, books actual cost.
5. Post matric scholarship for SC/ST/OBC students: Rs.90/- to Rs.425/- per month.
6. Book bank scheme to SC/ST/OBC students: one set of books.
7. Coaching for SC/ST students: Rs.400/- to Rs.500/- per month.
8. Coaching & Allied scheme for banking/secretarial services for SC students: Rs.85/- per month stipend.
9. Grant in aid for running hostels for SC/ST/OBC students: Rs.400/- per month per student.
10. Awards for Intercaste marriages for SC: Rs.25,000/-.
11. Military training to SC boys and girls: Rs.4000/- to Rs.4500/- per course.
12. Upgradation of Merit of SC/ST: Rs.15,000/- per student per annum.
13. Housing programme to OBC: Rs.25,000/- for house construction.
14. Repairs of House for OBC: Rs.12,500/- for repairs.
15. Kanya Dhan: Rs.25,000/- to promote educational status of SC/ST girl child.
