Summary

Quality Training & Hospitality College has a tuition assurance arrangement to protect students if a course ceases to be provided after it starts but before completion. Affected students will be offered a replacement course with another provider, and if this is not possible, their FEE-HELP balance will be re-credited for the affected part of the course. The college will notify affected students in writing within 2 business days and update its website with information about the tuition assurance arrangements. Replacement courses must lead to the same or comparable qualification, have the same or similar mode of delivery, and be located reasonably with no additional unreasonable fees. Students have 6 months to accept a replacement course offer and may receive course credits for completed parts of the original course. If no suitable replacement course is available, the student's FEE-HELP balance will be re-credited. The college also has a tuition assurance scheme to protect prepaid fees over $1500, but students are responsible for seeking refunds for fees under $1500 if the college fails to provide agreed services.
