Special Resolution Details:

The proposed special resolution amends Part 5, Section 3b of the SCBA bylaws to:

Reduce the quorum requirement for executive meetings from 50% to 70%.
Allow informal notice for executive meetings and formal calling by the President or 1st Vice-President.

Additional Information:

Motions to change the constitution and bylaws must be submitted at least 14 days in advance of the AGM.
