The scope of the policy includes the surroundings in which the organization operates, including air, water, land, natural resources, flora, fauna, humans, and their interrelation.

The company's objectives and aims include:

Maintaining and improving environmental performance within TALi Digital Limited in Australia and overseas operations
Ensuring continuous improvement in environmental performance, having due regard for changing community standards and expectations, and all relevant environment legislation and regulations
Monitoring and modifying operations to ensure compliance with changing laws, standards, and community attitudes
Conserving resources used in operations, including energy conservation
Assessing likely environmental outcomes as part of decision-making processes, with an emphasis on preventive rather than corrective action
Achieving ongoing improvement in environmental management
Educating staff in environmental awareness and responsible practices
Regularly monitoring technological developments and advances to reduce resource consumption
Preventing pollution, reducing waste, and conserving resources, with a commitment to recovery and recycling
Cooperating with government environmental policies and industry-wide initiatives, and actively participating in or supporting community-based environmental activities
Using audits and management reviews to monitor and re-evaluate environmental objectives and targets

The Environmental Policy shall be coordinated with the Company's SOPs, Institutional Biosafety Committee, Occupational Health and Safety Policy, and Employee Information Guide. The policy shall be communicated to all employees through the induction process, intranet, and staff notice boards, and TALi's intentions and objectives shall be on public display via the Company's website.
