Summary

The Land Use Advisory Committee's purpose is to assist the Board of Directors in carrying out the UNA's purposes related to land use and development on the UBC campus. The Committee will be composed of up to seven resident members and three Board Directors, with a Chair and Vice-Chair. Meetings will be held regularly, with a quorum achieved when a majority of members are in attendance. The Committee will provide advice and recommendations to the Board, with voting done by a show of hands and minutes recorded to reflect discussions and resolutions.
