Philips Healthcare has a clinical education program with specific policies and guidelines. For in-person courses, cancellation policies vary depending on location: within the Continental United States, customers who cancel 21 calendar days or less from the course date will forfeit tuition, while those outside the Continental United States who cancel 45 calendar days or less will forfeit tuition. Rescheduling is permitted once per tuition and must be done within the specified timeframe.
