In der Verhandlung haben wir folgende Themen stark gemacht:
■4,5 % Gehaltserhöhung sind nicht genug – hier muss stark nachgebessert werden.
■Wir wollen einen Sockelbetrag.
■Kohle oder Kanaren muss im Abschluss wesentlicher Bestandteil sein.
■Eine Öffnungsklausel als Zurverfügungstellung aller Tarifbestandteile für andere Zwecke kommt mit uns nicht in Frage.
Ergebnis:
■Bei der Prozentfrage kommen wir nicht überein.
■Sockelbetrag kommt für die Arbeitgeber nicht in Frage.
■Das Wahlmodell für verdi-Mitglieder wird weiter kategorisch abgelehnt.
■Die Öffnungsklausel konnten wir weg verhandeln.
Ihr seht also: das reicht nicht und wir werden weiter streiken. 2 Tage lang – am 3. und 4. Mai ganztägig.
