Summary

TÜBİTAK and JSPS are funding joint international basic research projects under their bilateral agreement. Applicants must find their own Japanese/Turkish project partner. The application and evaluation processes will be held separately in TÜBİTAK and JSPS. Two projects will be funded, with TÜBİTAK funding up to 720,000 Turkish Liras for the Turkish team and JSPS funding up to JPY 5,000,000 for the Japanese team. The call is open to all thematic fields, and eligible applicants must hold a PhD degree or have a BA/BSc degree and be working full-time for at least 6 months. The submission deadline is September 16, 2019, for TÜBİTAK and September 4, 2019, for JSPS.
