State of Texas Constitutional Amendments:
1. Proposition 1: Allows charitable raffles at rodeo events.
2. Proposition 2: Allows counties to issue bonds for transportation or infrastructure development in unproductive areas.
3. Proposition 3: Prohibits the state from limiting or prohibiting in-person religious services.
4. Proposition 4: Changes eligibility requirements for state judges.
5. Proposition 5: Allows the State Commission on Judicial Conduct to investigate judicial candidates.
6. Proposition 6: Establishes a right for residents of certain facilities to designate an essential caregiver for in-person visitation.
7. Proposition 7: Continues disability-based limits on school district property taxes for surviving spouses over 55.
8. Proposition 8: Expands homestead tax exemptions to surviving spouses of U.S. military members killed or fatally injured in the line of duty.

City of Austin Propositions:
1. Proposition A: Enhances public safety and police oversight, transparency, and accountability, with estimated costs of $271.5 million - $598.8 million over five years.
2. Proposition B: Allows the City of Austin to exchange nine acres of land for 48 acres of waterfront land, a new maintenance facility, and removal of a maintenance facility at Fiesta Gardens.
