- Meeting Opening: Secretary opened the meeting, welcomed attendees, and briefly discussed COVID-19 measures. The chairman was absent, so the secretary led the meeting.
- Board Announcements: All present members had voting rights due to changes and previous issues. Voting was done by hand.
- 2019 Annual Report: Notules of the previous AGM were distributed and approved by hand.
- 2019-2020 Annual Report: Secretary presented changes in the veterans' landscape, limited activities due to COVID-19, website possibilities, and collaboration within the Regiment.
- 2019-2020 Financial Report: Penningmeester Dave Hoff reported minor issues that have been resolved. The Penningmeester was discharged.
- Statute Changes: Secretary explained the need for changes to ensure the Regiment's future. Key changes: broader membership, voting rights for all paying members, and representation of SRLJ interests. Changes were approved.
- Appointing an Authorized Representative: The meeting agreed that the current secretary, M.M.B.G. Verbaant, is authorized to represent the foundation when passing the amended statutes.
- HHR Amendment: The new HHR was approved, implicitly approving the amendment.
- Resignation of Current Board: Board members decided to resign to facilitate closer collaboration within the Regiment Limburgse Jagers, using article 6, new lid 4 of the statutes.
- Board Election: No opposing candidates were received. The proposed candidates were elected by acclamation: R.H. van Harskamp, C.J.M. van der Ploeg, J.M.M. Pluijmen, J. Bijl, L.J. Leeuwenberg – de Jong, F.J.W.M. van Hoof, G.W.J.M. Geven, M.M.B.G. Verbaant, and D.J. Villanueva. They will take office upon the passing of the amended statutes.
- Acceptance of SRLJ Tasks: The meeting agreed to accept SRLJ's decision to transfer its tasks to VVRLJ, using article 10, new lid 3.
- Approval of Notules: The meeting approved the notules after reading.
- Meeting Closing: The chairman closed the meeting, thanking past board members and volunteers, and expressing hope for a future-oriented and efficient collaboration within the Regiment.
