- Wage Negotiations - Central Council:
- Meeting on 07.03.2016 between union and employer representatives in Dąbrowa Górnicza ended without significant progress in wage increases.
- Union side rejected employer's proposal of 33 zł base pay increase, 20 zł net for individual bonuses, and 1000 zł bonus for increased effort.
- Employer requested a break and presented a new proposal: 125 zł gross pay increase per employee and a one-time bonus of 1000 zł. They also suggested separating around 350 employees from the collective bargaining agreement, which the union rejected.
- Union declared they would consider the new proposal (125 zł gross/employee) at the next Central Council meeting and requested the involvement of AMP S.A. Vice-President and General Director, Mr. Geert Verbeeck, in the negotiations.
- Next meeting scheduled for 16.03.2016 at 13:00 in AMP S.A.'s Dąbrowa Górnicza headquarters.

- Women's Day Celebration:
- On 11.03.2016, female members of NSZZ Pracowników AMP S.A. were invited to a comedy play "Wszystko o mężczyznach" at the Ludowy Theatre.
- The union thanked director Jacek Woliński for his years of cooperation as he announced his retirement.
- After the play, women were served champagne and received red roses as a farewell gift.

- BHP Main Commission Meeting:
- On 09.03.2016, the Main Commission of BHP met in Dąbrowa Górnicza to discuss safety statistics, a severe accident at Wielkie Piece plant, and employee health.
- They noted two severe accidents (one without and one with executors) and six accidents with time off work in the first two months of 2016.
- They discussed the lack of appropriate HIRY (Health and Safety Instructions) for the accident at Wielkie Piece.
- They reviewed the implementation of protected workstation principles and the health of employees in 2015, focusing on interventions by the rescue team and occupational diseases.
- They decided to split the occupational disease records by departments to prevent such diseases in the future.
- They acknowledged stress as a significant issue in the workplace and decided to form a committee to address this problem.
