The corresponding Part B surcharges are $65.90, $164.80, $263.70, $362.60, and $395.60 per month, and the Part D surcharges are $12.20, $31.50, $50.70, $70.00, and $76.40 per month, doubling for Married Filing Jointly (MFJ) couples.
If the MAGI exceeds $97,000 (Single) or $194,000 (MFJ), the individual is subject to IRMAA surcharges, in addition to the Part B premium of $164.90 per month, unless a "Life-Changing Event" has significantly reduced income, in which case an exception can be requested by filing Form SSA 44.
