Summary

23. seja Izvršnega odbora Nogometne zveze Slovenije (NTZS) je potekala 3. septembra 2013. Na seji so bile sprejete naslednje odločitve:

- sprejet je bil dnevni red z dopolnitvami,
- potrjen je bil zapisnik 22. redne seje in 32. korespondenčne seje Izvršnega odbora NTZS,
- dosežen je bil kompromis glede prestopa igralcev Matica Slodeja in Ožbeja Poročnika,
- potrjena je bila dodelitev tekmovanj organizatorjem,
- sprejete so bile spremembe Pravil o igranju SNTL,
- potrjena je bila delegacija za Evropsko prvenstvo,
- določena je bila višina takse za registracijo rekreativnih igralcev.

Izvršni odbor NTZS je tudi obsojal način komunikacije v zadevi prestopa igralcev in pozval vse k spoštovanju sprejetega etičnega kodeksa NTZS.
