The State Lands Commission meeting will be held in a hybrid format, allowing public participation both virtually through Zoom and in person. To join the virtual meeting, go to the State Lands Commission Public Meetings website, navigate to the current meeting, and click on the "Agenda" to get the Zoom Webinar link. Members of the public can provide public comment in multiple ways, including submitting written comments via email or providing verbal comments by joining the meeting over the web or by phone. Verbal comments can be made by filling out a virtual Speaker Request form or by raising your hand using the Zoom Webinar hand raise function. A speaker's time allotment is generally 3 minutes, and it is recommended that public comments be submitted in writing beforehand.
