Decisions regarding the acquisition of Greek citizenship based on articles 1A and 1B of the Greek Citizenship Code (Law 3284/2004) have been made for several individuals. - Alndi MBARDHI, born in Albania on June 9, 2002, who completed nine years of primary and secondary education in a Greek school.
- Entison ROUTSI, born in Albania on September 8, 2002, who completed nine years of primary and secondary education in a Greek school.
- Tzouliano MYZEKJARI, born in Albania on March 7, 2002, who completed nine years of primary and secondary education in a Greek school.
- Kenando GJONAJ, born in Greece on September 20, 2011, whose father has been legally residing in Greece since May 16, 2004, and holds a ten-year residence permit.
- Ernесто KASARI, born in Greece on May 12, 2011, whose father has been legally residing in Greece since August 28, 2001, and holds a ten-year residence permit.
- Tzene MBARDHI, born in Greece on August 16, 2006, whose parents' application for her citizenship was accepted based on the father's legal residence and ten-year residence permit.
