SRO No. 217-I/2022/125/Customs.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 19 of the Customs Act, 1969 (Act No. IV of 1969), the National Board of Revenue is pleased to make the following amendments to the SRO No. 127-I/2020/78/Customs dated 03, 2020/ 14, 1427 BS:

The following amendments shall be made in the TABLE to this SRO, namely:-

1.
In Heading 29.03, after the existing entries, the following entries shall be inserted, namely:-

“29.03
2903.12.00 Methylene dichloride

2903.13.00 Chloroform

2903.15.00 Dichloro Ethane

2903.15.00 Ethylene Dichloride

2903.69.00 1-Acetoxyethylbromide (1-
AEB)

2903.69.00 Methyl Iodide

2903.91.00 Chloro Benzene

2903.99.00 1,3 Dichloroflurobenzene

2903.99.00 1,3-Difluoro Benzene”;

In Heading 29.17, for the entry in column (2) against H.S. Code “97.90”, the H.S. Code “97.90” shall be substituted with H.S. Code “97.90”;

In Heading 29.26, for the entry in column (2) against H.S. Code “926.90.90”, the H.S. Code “926.90.90” shall be substituted and in column (3) against Description “Br-OTNB”, the H.S. Code “926.90.90” shall be substituted with the following, namely:-

“2926.90.90 -bromomethyl-2-
cyanobiphenyl(Bro-OTBN)”;

In Heading 38.24, after the existing entries, the following entries shall be inserted, namely:-

3824.99.99 Methanolic Ammonia

3824.99.99 Raney Nickel”.

This SRO shall come into force on the date of its publication in the official Gazette.
