Special topic meetings research and coordinate specific issues, while regular meetings inform and discuss daily operations.

Meetings should be prepared with a clear agenda, proposals, and reports, and minutes should be kept and saved as institutional archives. The board meeting is composed of all board members, convened and presided over by the chairman or secretary-general, and is held at least twice a year. The secretary-general office meeting is composed of the secretary-general and department heads, and is convened and presided over by the secretary-general.
