4. Municipalities, prefectures, and Consumer Affairs Agency:
a. First report: on the day of the accident or the next day
b. Second report: within a month
5. Short-term childcare support providers, temporary childcare providers, and sick childcare providers:
a. If commissioned by a designated city or a core city, reports are submitted to the prefecture and Consumer Affairs Agency
b. Otherwise, reports are submitted to the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare
6. Enterprise-led childcare facilities (non-licensed childcare facilities):
a. First report: on the day of the accident or the next day
b. Second report: within a month
c. Reports are also submitted to the Consumer Affairs Agency and the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
