1,000 new English teachers for elementary schools
50 new teachers for middle schools to strengthen student guidance
40 new staff members to support school administration
26,700 school counselors and 7,500 school social workers
3,000 school support staff to assist teachers with tasks such as printing and preparing materials
4,500 new staff members to support middle school club activities
3,100 new staff members to support science experiments and observations
0.1 billion yen for research on using school lawyers to prevent bullying

These measures aim to reduce the workload of teachers, improve their working conditions, and promote a better work-life balance, while also strengthening school management and operations.
