1. Promote awareness of the proper use of the display system among building owners, inspection implementers, and others.
2. Simplify procedures for reporting inspection results and confirming compliance with standards during on-site inspections for buildings that use the display system.
3. Allow buildings that do not use the display system but have properly implemented inspections under the Fire Service Act to receive the same simplified treatment.
4. Abolish the previous notification "Regarding the Display System for Inspected Fire Extinguishing Equipment" (issued on April 12, 1991).
