The survey results show that facilities and businesses that received the "介護職員等ベースアップ等支援加算" (nursing care worker base-up support addition) had an average increase of 10,060 yen (+4.4%) in basic salary for nursing care workers. Facilities and businesses that received the "介護職員処遇改善支援補助金" (nursing care worker treatment improvement support subsidy) had an average increase of 9,210 yen (+4.0%) in basic salary. The top three reasons for not implementing wage improvements were "ベア加算" (base addition), "補助金" (subsidy), and "手当の新設" (new allowance establishment). The top five job categories that received wage improvements besides nursing care workers were "生活相談員・支援相談員" (life consultation and support consultation staff), "看護職員" (nursing staff), "事務職員" (clerical staff), "介護支援専門員" (nursing care support specialists), and "PT・OT・ST又は機能訓練指導員" (physical, occupational, and speech therapists or functional training instructors).
