Pharmacists undergoing training and certification at the Japanese Pharmacists' Training Center must register for the Pharmacists' Training and Certification Electronic System (PECS). Registration is required before attending a training session, and failure to do so will result in no training units being awarded.

On the day of the training, participants must bring a printed QR code from their PECS registration page and a form of identification. The QR code must be scanned at the reception desk at the start and end of the training session.

Participants must attend the entire training session, as the system records the attendance time, and late arrivals or early departures will not be eligible for training units.

It is also required to wear a mask during the training session and to follow basic infection prevention measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Before attending the training, participants must ensure they can receive emails from "[email protected]" and "[email protected]" and must register for the training session in advance using the participation registration URL provided in the email.

The training units will be confirmed on the PECS website after the training session, and participants must check their own registration page to confirm that the units have been awarded.
