Summary

Arabic and Bangla speakers showed improvements in DASS21 and K10 categories post-program. For Arabic speakers, DASS21 depression scores shifted from 25.2% normal to 61.1% normal, anxiety from 25.2% normal to 62.6% normal, and stress from 26% normal to 73.3% normal post-program. For Bangla speakers, DASS21 depression scores shifted from 31% normal to 57.5% normal, anxiety from 34.5% normal to 55.2% normal, and stress from 44.8% normal to 77% normal post-program. K10 scores also improved, with 22.1% of Arabic speakers and 32.5% of Bangla speakers in the well category pre-program, increasing to 65.6% and 72.4% post-program, respectively.
