The annual school-aged Flu vaccination programme is being offered to all children in Reception – Year 6 at Chalgrove Community Primary School on 6th October 2023. The vaccination is usually given by a quick and simple nasal spray, but can be administered by intramuscular injection if necessary or preferred. Parents/carers must provide consent by completing a form online at least one full school day before the session. The information collected will be sent to the National Immunisation and Vaccination System, NHS Child Health Information Service, and the child's Doctor/GP Practice.
