Summary

Pengaruh ekstrak biji dumbaya (Momordica cochinchinensis) secara in vivo pada mencit dengan variasi dosis. Penelitian ini menggunakan 25 ekor mencit yang dibagi menjadi 5 kelompok dengan dosis yang berbeda-beda, yaitu 15 g/kg BB, 30 g/kg BB, 45 g/kg BB, dan 60 g/kg BB. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai ED50 ekstrak biji dumbaya pada mencit jantan adalah 0,3962 g/kg BB dengan kisaran nilai ED50 sebesar 0,060 g/kg BB hingga 2,546 g/kg BB.
