Summary

O Meisterův dotazník se jedná o nástroj pro hodnocení psychické zátěže při práci. Dotazník obsahuje 10 otázek, které se týkají různých aspektů práce, jako je časový tlak, uspokojení, odpovědnost, monotonie, konflikty a únavu. Každá otázka má pět možností odpovědí, od "ano, plně souhlasím" po "ne, vůbec nesouhlasím". Dotazník se používá k hodnocení vlivů pracovní činnosti na psychiku pracovníků a k identifikaci možných zdravotních rizik. Existují tři faktory, které se hodnotí: přetížení, monotonie a nespecifický faktor (stresová odezva). Výsledky se vyhodnocují pomocí aritmetických průměrů a kritických hodnot, které byly získány z české populace. Klasifikace psychické zátěže se provádí ve třech stupních, podle kterých se určuje stupeň zátěže a odpovídající zátěžová tendence.
