The insured can access these services through:
- Private or public healthcare facilities contracted with the company
- Private or public healthcare facilities not contracted with the company
- The National Health Service (SSN)

The insurance is provided to Hygeia Mutual Health members who have paid the minimum annual fee. The company covers expenses for:
- Pre-hospitalization (up to 120 days before admission)
- Surgical intervention (surgeon, anesthesiologist, etc.)
- Medical assistance, medicines, and treatments during hospitalization
- Hospital stay (excluding luxury expenses)
- Accompaniment (up to €50/day for 30 days in non-contracted facilities)
- Post-hospitalization (up to 120 days after discharge)
- Transportation to/from hospital (up to €1,500 per hospitalization)
- Organ transplants and pre-transplant treatments
- Neonatal care (up to €10,000 per year)

The company pays directly for services in contracted facilities, while services in non-contracted facilities are reimbursed with a 20% deductible and a minimum non-reimbursable amount of €2,000 per intervention. Services in the SSN are fully reimbursed.
