Summary

平成27年1月から難病の医療費助成制度が変更され、対象疾患が56から110に拡大され、患者負担が変わりました。自己負担割合は3割から2割に引き下げられ、所得に応じた負担額の限度額も変更されました。さらに、桑名市総合医療センターの健診センターが新しく生まれ変わったことを紹介しています。健診センターでは、週5日二診体制となり、女性医師の診察も毎日行われ、基本健診料が安くなりました。また、がんの早期発見に力を入れており、早期肺がんの診断に最も有効な肺CT検査を安くしました。他にも、脳ドックを充実させたり、生活習慣病の予防のために専任の管理栄養士を配置しています。
