Summary

The study explores the effect of "modular" nursing intervention on residual low back pain in patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fractures. 40 patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, each with 20 cases. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received "modular" nursing intervention based on routine nursing. The results show that the pain of the two groups of patients was alleviated, but the observation group had lower VAS scores on the 3rd and 7th day of postoperative care, and the pain almost disappeared. The observation group also had significantly lower anxiety and improved quality of life compared to the control group. The study concludes that "modular" nursing can effectively reduce postoperative residual low back pain, reduce anxiety, and improve the quality of life in patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fractures.
